It’s been said, it’s not just the “will to win” that matters (for everybody wants to win) but rather it’s the will to prepare to win that really counts. Race to Win is for marketplace members who are Willing to “train”. While salvation is a free gift, discipleship or training has a price. Race To Win is for those who desire to better understand the strategic and eternal significance in their vocational efforts and activities. Our work matters to God. There are eternal implications of how we use our talents. As with any race, the key to “winning” is found in the preparation and training that precedes the actual race. And training requires a mindset of discipline.

Leadership Roundtables

Round table discussions are 1/2 day sessions, topic driven, and lead by a facilitator who plans a curriculum that best meets the needs and interests of the participants. The discussions are structured as open forums made up of small groups of business, government, or educational peers. The key focus of each session is how to apply biblical principles to the realities and challenges or our work.
