Leadership Roundtables

PURPOSE:

To equip the Christian CEO/Business Owner and leaders according to Biblical Principles to grow as steward, priest, and servant.

RATIONALE:

CEO’s/owner’s and leaders of businesses are uniquely positioned to make a great impact for the Kingdom. Daily, they guide and direct employees, develop relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers. They have the opportunity to develop the business God has entrusted to them as a platform for ministry. Few opportunities for Biblically based training are available for CEO’s/Owner’s and leaders. While they may receive good instruction from the pulpit, in depth training on how to develop and operate the business as ministry is lacking. Further, because of position, the CEO/Owner or leader often lacks an opportunity to seek and receive Godly counsel. Most have little or no accountability. We believe that there is value in developing the methodology to flesh out intention. Therefore, we believe a need exists to train the CEO/Owner or leader in God’s ways, and a corresponding opportunity to develop businesses that can become powerful forces for Christ.

FORMAT:

The training would take place in a workshop setting, likely two hours in length. The sessions would be limited to 10 CEO/Owners or leaders in a group. An attempt will be made to match up similar size businesses within a group. The workshops will be offered monthly at the Race To Win conference facility. The general outline for the workshop is:
